Lisa Trojan, MSSA, LISW - Program Development

Lisa Trojan is a seasoned clinical professional with strong expertise in developing and managing the latest EAP programming. Ms. Trojan has been with IMPACT Solutions since 1990 in her current role as Director of Program Development. In this time, through her leadership and vision, Ms. Trojan has contributed in many ways to the advancement of the EAP market as it exists today. Her efforts have been instrumental to the development of numerous EAP standards around quality assurance, procedure, and programming.

As Director of Program Development, Ms. Trojan helps lead an experienced staff of top notch clinical professionals in providing direct EAP support to employees, managers, and HR professionals. She also spearheads account implementation and various on-going program development initiatives.

In her clinical practice, Ms. Trojan is specialized in assisting individuals as well as HR and supervisory personnel by addressing performance issues exacerbated by low self-esteem, trauma, stress, anxiety, depression, and relationship problems.

Ms. Trojan received her B.A. from Kent State University and her Master of Social Science Administration (MSSA) from Case Western Reserve University's Mandel School of Applied Social Sciences. She is also a Licensed Independent Social Worker (L.I.S.W.) and, through IMPACT Solutions, a member of the Employee Assistance Professional Association (EAPA).
