Customized Training

IMPACT Solutions staff are qualified to present on a variety of topics based on their expertise and experience. We also identify content experts to compliment our full time staff and add depth to capabilities for desired topics that may not fall within our core competencies. An example of such a content expert would be the addition of nutritionists and other wellness experts to our Learning and Organizational Development Adjunct Staff to provide much requested learning opportunities to our clients.

Following are descriptions of our most popular programs:

For Managers

  • Coping with Transition and Change (Shifting GearsTM): examines how experiencing transition threatens our resources, leaving us vulnerable to emotional and physical symptoms of distress. Through interactive discussion, an action plan for coping with transition is introduced, providing participants with an effective tool for maintaining physical and psychological well-being.
  • Dealing with Difficult People: has each participant identify difficult people in their lives. The program helps participants to recognize negative behavioral patterns, examine reactions to difficult behaviors, and learn to be proactive in eliciting a more positive response from difficult individuals.

As a result of participating in activities, you will learn steps we all can take to prevent harassment and how to design a positive work environment.
