Extended Assistance ®

Extended Assistance ®, EA for short, is IMPACT Solutions’ student retention suite for higher education institutions.  EA was developed for college and university administrators to help them become more proactive in their efforts to reach students at-risk for attrition and pre-empt retention loss.  The name itself, “Extended Assistance ®,” embodies its core philosophy of extending, versus replacing, an institution’s existing support services.  EA offers a pragmatic turn-key solution that aligns with each institution’s unique needs and infrastructure without posing threats to existing services or personnel.
